E23 Anthony Ray Hinton

Thursday Oct 26, 2023

Thursday Oct 26, 2023

Anthony Ray Hinton was one of the longest serving death row inmates in Alabama history, spending nearly three decades watching the men around him disappear: smells of last meals and electrocutions regularly taking place. But, Anthony swore he was innocent. He had an alibi. Would anybody listen? Anthony took his case all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States seeking relief. Want to know why he was arrested in the first place? How he was convicted and whether the Supreme Court granted him any relief? Listen to this episode to find out!

E22 Skylar Neese

Thursday Oct 19, 2023

Thursday Oct 19, 2023

In this episode, the Brothers discuss a heartbreaking case that’s hard to understand. We often fear the unknown and teach our kids about the dangers of strangers, but sadly, violent crimes are often committed by somebody close to the victim. Skylar was a brilliant young lady from Morgantown, West Virginia, who had her whole life ahead of her when she was murdered–at the young age of sixteen. Her case embodies the notion that truth is often stranger than fiction with a storyline that could rival the most over-the-top crime drama imaginable.

E21 Kitty Genovese

Thursday Oct 12, 2023

Thursday Oct 12, 2023

In this episode, the Brothers discuss an infamous murder that took place on Friday the 13th in 1964. Kitty Genovese’s life and brutal death are often overshadowed by the bystander effect that was coined from research done in response to her case. But, in this episode we want you to know who Kitty was, what happened to her, how it affected people she cared about, and of course, what happened to the monster who brutalized her.

E18 DC Snipers Part 1 of 2

Thursday Sep 21, 2023

Thursday Sep 21, 2023

This episode is a little different than how we normally do things. Will’s loud mouth is noticeably absent, and you’ll get to hear Bob’s best Keith Morrison. It’s good to switch things up from time to time! Variety is the spice of life, right? If you love it, great!! Listen to it twice, and tell a friend. If you are not a fan of this episode, don’t worry, Will and Bob are tag teaming part two in their classic brotherly fashion!

Pete & Pat Bondurant were terrorizing twins from the south. In this two-parter, the brothers discuss the Bondurant brothers’ beginnings and the victims they left in their wake. Had Pete’s punishment for his first murder been a bit more appropriate, maybe there would not have been as many victims. We’ll never know. These bros believed if there was “no body” they could get away with murder. They were almost right. This is the book referenced in the episode:
