E45 Laci & Connor Peterson Pt 1
Christmas Eve 2002: Laci Peterson was reported missing. She was pregnant, and unfortunately, she and her baby Conner were found dead the following April. Her husband, Scott, was charged, tried, and convicted of murdering Laci and Conner. Twenty years later this case has had some notable developments, but now the Los Angeles Innocence Project has taken Scott on as a client. Although Scott has always maintained his innocence, not many people believe him–the jury certainly didn’t. What do you think?
